HDC Academy Terms and Conditions

By enrolling in the HDC Academy (“the Course”), you (“the Student”) agree to the following Terms and Conditions:

1. Course Duration and Structure

The Course is a 12-month self-paced program beginning on the date you sign up.

Instruction will be provided monthly, with a structured syllabus and access to course materials as outlined at enrollment.

2. Payment Terms
-
The total fee for the Course is $1188 unless you signed up for a discounted rate, payable in 12 equal monthly installments of $99.00
-
You will have a recurring ACH payment due on the day of the month that you signed up for the Course.

Payments must be made via ACH (automated clearing house) transfer. By providing your payment information, you authorize recurring ACH withdrawals for the full 12-month term.

This is not a cancel-anytime membership, but a full educational program split into 12 monthly payments. By enrolling, you are committing to the full payment plan. Early cancellation does not relieve you of your financial obligation under this agreement.

There is no option for early cancellation. Early cancellation does not relieve you of your financial obligation under this agreement. Payment will be required whether you complete the Course or not.

There is no refund policy. This course and all monthly payments are non-refundable, regardless of attendance or participation.
3. Late or Missed Payments

If your ACH payment is declined and not received within 5 days of your scheduled payment date, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to your course materials.

If a Non-Sufficient Funds (NSF) charge is received, a $30 NSF fee will be added to your balance.

Continued non-payment may result in permanent removal from the Course and/or referral to a collections agency.

5. Commitment
-
Enrollment constitutes a commitment to the full 12-month program.

The Student agrees to fulfill all required coursework, participation, and assessments as per the syllabus.

6. Course Materials and Access
-
All course materials are provided for personal educational use only and may not be distributed or used commercially.

The Student will receive access to the HDC Academy [online portal/resources/live sessions/action items] upon successful enrollment and payment.
​
7. Code of Conduct
-
Students are expected to maintain respectful, constructive participation.
-
Disruptive or abusive behavior may result in removal from the Course without refund.
​
8. Modifications
-
The HDC Academy reserves the right to make reasonable changes to the course structure or schedule. Any significant changes will be communicated in advance.

9. Limitation of Liability
-
The HDC Academy is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the Student’s participation in the Course.

11. Payment Disputes

If you participate in this Course and then reverse or dispute a payment after receiving access or instruction, you acknowledge that legal action may be pursued to recover the owed amount.

This may include, but is not limited to, collection proceedings or filing a claim in small claims court.

You agree to cover any reasonable legal or administrative costs incurred to recover the owed amount.

12. Agreement Acknowledgment
By providing your contact and payment information, you are acknowledging and agreeing to these Terms and Conditions, including the full 12-month payment commitment.
